Hey Puddin Pops! Meet Ms.Puddin

Christine “Ms. Puddin” Simms has been making her signature pudding for over 20 years. It all started because she didn’t like pudding, the thick custard texture and strong banana flavor just weren’t for her. One day, while explaining this to a family member, her Uncle Doug overheard the conversation and showed her how to make pudding that was light, smooth, and delicious. That moment changed everything.

Years later, while at church, her late pastor, Bill Thomas, heard that Christine was making pudding and giving it away. He encouraged her to sell it. At first, she thought the idea was crazy, who doesn’t know how to make pudding, and who would actually buy it? But she soon discovered there were plenty of people who didn’t know how to make it and were more than happy to buy hers.

Now, 20 years later, Christine is still making and selling the pudding people have come to love.

Her journey is also a reminder: people love to eavesdrop, so always be mindful of what you say, you never know who’s listening.
